In soul-searching, writing, and developing my blogs, I have come to discover that there were many more people like me—men and women alike—who had all these experiences, all these questions in their minds, that they were trying to make sense out of. I would get responses from old friends or from people I have not yet met, all telling me that my experiences led them to realize something or another, and that my words resonated with them on a deep and personal level. These messages have encouraged me to go deeper into my Search, knowing that I would not only be helping myself; I could be helping others as well.
Soul Work, therefore, is more than just a personal blog. (I think people have had enough of my sometimes-saccharin view of life!) It is a collection of writings, exercises, tools—and even videos and music—that I have either gathered or developed myself as I searched for answers to the questions about my life and my purpose. It may lead you as well to some answers, or it may lead you to even more questions that will take you deeper into your own soul work. Whatever the case may be, I hope it helps bring a little more space, a little more balance, a little more clarity into your life.
Should you have any questions, comments, suggestions, or writings of your own to share, please feel free to send me an email.
Indeed, there is so much that I can learn from you, just as there is so much that I want to share. Remember to check back daily for fresh content!
Namaste!
